We are hiring for different roles in the Human Resources department:

HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience in recruitment and sourcing is preferred.
Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.

HR Assistant (Training)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
Fresh Graduates or at least 6 months of working experience in the training facet of HR.
Assists in the administrative aspects of training initiatives, ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

HR Assistant (Compensation and Benefits)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
Fresh Graduates or at least 6 months of working experience in the compensation and benefits facet of HR.
Assist in various task related to employee compensation, benefits, and data management.

HR Assistant (Time Keeping)

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Operation Management or in a related field.
Fresh Graduates or at least 6 months of working experience in HR or timekeeping-related roles is preferred.
Maintain and update time and attendance records for all employees, including regular hours worked, overtime, vacation, sick leave, and other paid time off.

HR Supervisor (Sourcing)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience in talent sourcing, including at least 6 months – 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing a team of sourcers, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.

HR Supervisor (Talent Acquisition)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

HR Supervisor (Labor Relations)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in labor relation facet of HR, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, resolving labor related disputes, and provide guidance to management on handling labor related issues.

HR Supervisor (Learning and Organizational Effectiveness)

HR Supervisor (Compensation and Benefits)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in compensation and benefits facet of HR, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ensures competitive compensation packages, manages benefits plans, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

HR Supervisor (Generalist)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 – 2 years of working experiences as a Generalist or more in the Labor Relations facet.
Works closely with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
Act as a liaison between the HR department and various business units, ensuring alignment in HR practices and initiatives.

Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 to 2 years related experience as officer, volume recruitment and oversee the team in planning and achieving volume recruitment targets.
Coach, mentor and motivate recruiters and set recruitment goals, and implementing guidelines to ensure that recruitment strategies is aligned with company goals.
Submits reports related to talent acquisition and planning on a monthly basis.

Assistant HR Manager (Labor Relations)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 to 2 years related experience in labor relations or human resources with a focus on labor relations.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of labor relations programs and policies, as well as handling various aspects of labor relations including contract administration, grievance handling, and labor negotiations.
Represent the company in DOLE Sena Hearing and ensure proper handling of the cases to avoid escalation to the NLRC.

HR Branch Manager

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 - 3 years related experience in as officer, volume recruitment and oversee the team in planning and achieving volume recruitment targets.
Responsible for the effective management and administration of human resources functions at a specific distribution center.
Oversee the HRBPs and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, DOLE, government, etc.

Company Nurse

Bachelor's degree Nursing or in a related field. Nursing License is required.
At least 6 months to 1 year working experience as a company nurse or regular nurse.
Deliver healthcare services and promote wellness programs within a corporate or industrial environment.
Serves as a vital link between the company, its employees, and the broader healthcare system.
