We are hiring for different roles in the Business Process department:

Business Process Analyst

Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in process documentation and project management or in a related field.
Provides enhanced operational support for the end-to-end process.
Simplifying, optimizing, standardizing and automating the existing processes strengthen the integrity of process flow.

Project Management Analyst

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related to Project Management or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience specialized in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation and project management or equivalent.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall project planning and management.
Creates project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and minutes of the meeting.
Coordinates and collaborates with the project committee on the project status, progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Post Audit Analyst

Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in process auditing, business analysis, or process optimization.
Responsible for evaluating post-audit findings and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
Conduct thorough analysis of post-audit findings and collaborate with various departments to implement recommended changes.
Track and report on the progress of process enhancements and ensure all processes comply with audit recommendations.

Assistant Manager (Business Process)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience specializing in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation, and project management or equivalent.
Supports the efficient and effective operation of the organization's business processes.
Collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve processes, as well as ensure that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement, increased efficiency, and reduced costs.

Assistant Manager (Project Management)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience specialized in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation and project management or equivalent.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall project planning and management.
Creates project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and minutes of the meeting.
Coordinates and collaborates with the project committee on the project status, progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Assistant Manager (Post Audit)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related to Project Management or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of experience in auditing, business process management, or related roles.
Responsible for supporting post-audit activities, ensuring that business processes comply with audit standards, and identifying areas for process improvement. It involves collaborating with different teams to implement corrective actions and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Assist in reviewing and analyzing post-audit findings to identify inefficiencies and risks in business processes.
Ensure that audit recommendations and corrective actions are followed across all departments, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Manager (Business Process)

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience specializing in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation, and project management or equivalent.
Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and improving business processes within an organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

Project Management Manager

Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related to Project Management or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of working experience specialized in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation and project management or equivalent.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall project planning and management.
Creates project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and minutes of the meeting.
Coordinates and collaborates with the project committee on the project status, progress, challenges, and resolutions.
