We are hiring for different roles in the Business Development department:

Business Development Assistant

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
Fresh Graduate or least 6 months or 1 year working experience in real estate field.
Supports the business development team in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the company.
Involves researching potential clients, maintaining client databases, assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating various activities related to business development efforts.

Legal Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Political Science or in a related field.
Fresh Graduate or least 6 months or 1 year working experience in legal department.
Provides essential administrative and research support to the legal department, aiding in the efficient functioning of legal department.
Assist in preparing legal documents, conducting legal, managing case files, and facilitating communication with clients.

Leasing Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or in a related field.
Fresh Graduate or least 6 months or 1 year working experience in lease agreements and conducting property inspections.
Provide support to property managers and leasing agents by assisting with various tasks related to leasing and property management.
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations.
Explain lease terms and conditions to tenants and obtain necessary signatures.

Business Development Supervisor

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
At least 6 months or 1 year working experience in real estate field. -
Responsible for leading and managing a team of business development professionals to drive the growth and expansion of the organization.
Identifies new business opportunities, develops strategies for market penetration, and nurtures key relationships to achieve revenue profitability goals.

Assistant Manager (Store Expansion)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Must have 2 - 4 experience in site acquisition, business expansion, property management or a related field is a plus.
Oversee and manage various aspects of real estate properties.
Responsible for supporting property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and profitable management of properties.

Assistant Manager (Renewals)

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
Responsible in overseeing the leasing process for commercial properties. - Assist in finding and securing tenants commercial spaces.
Assist in preparing lease agreements, explaining terms and conditions to tenants, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with laws and regulations.

Assistant Manager (Legal)

Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Legal Management or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with experience in a corporate legal department.
Provide legal support under business development, business legalities, and ensure the organization's compliance with laws and regulations.
Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and align with the organization's goals.
Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Senior Manager (Franchising)

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchising, preferably in the retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchising operations.
Responsible for developing and executing a strategic franchising strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Ensures seamless integration of franchise operations with company-wide initiatives. Develops and delivers training programs for franchisees, while also managing a team of franchising professionals to ensure their success and professional development.
