We are hiring for different roles in the Building Admin department:

Building Admin Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or in a related field.
Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months working experience in administrative or office support is preferred.
Provide a wide range of administrative support and perform various tasks to assist the management team, employees, and clients.
Maintains the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Building Admin Supervisor

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or in a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in building maintenance or in a related field.
Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Maintain systems and equipment by the completing preventive maintenance schedules, restoring, rebuilding, or replacing faculty inoperative components and parts, and supervising staff.
Ensures to meet maintenance operation standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, proactivity, quality, customer service standards and resolving problems.
Maintains financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variance and implementing corrective actions.
Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments, identify problems and requirements.

Building Admin Assistant (Technician)

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or in a related field.
At least 6 months of working experience in building maintenance or in a related field.
Provides technical support and assistance in the administration and maintenance of building facilities.
Coordinates various tasks related to building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, and addressing issues promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
