We are hiring for different roles in the Operations department:

Operations Supervisor

Bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.
Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the stores within his/her scope of responsibilities.
Manage the store's employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities.

Operations Manager

Graduate of any Business course or any related course.
At least 3- 4 years of working experience in a related field and have a background in Operations Management and work experience in retail industry is a plus.
In- charge of the general supervision of several and different retail locations of the company.
Track and implement financial quotas for the store and staff based on the stated financial goals of the business.
Develop a plan to suggest to management how each store could improve in order to maximize profits and reduce loss at the store level.
Conduct a periodic inventory analysis for each store and using that analysis coupled with sales figures to determine the optimal stock levels.
Reinforce the Operations Supervisors to Implement company policies and procedures, store standards, cash handling; and ensure all company SOPs are complied.

Operations Trainor

Bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, and the restaurant industry.
Expected to create and provide new and up to date materials to educate, enrich and develop our store front liners (STL, SL, SC) in their day to day operations in the store.
Understand the condition (strengths and weaknesses) of the branch’s store operations and create new and update existing technical training materials to address the gaps.

Store Auditor

Bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, and the restaurant industry.
Preferably with background in audit.
Store Operations - Store task breakdown per PIC, promo execution, targets, shrinkage issues, cooking and d isposal SOP, handling customer complains, receiving of DC delivery, BTA/BK, ordering of DSA items and handling of merchandisers.
BA/FAS - Extinguisher use, Expiry, Flooding SOP, Typhoon SOP, supplies request and follow up.
Accounting - cash deposit/bank pick up SOP, reporting formats.

Set-Up Assistant

Bachelor's of any 4 years course.
At least 6 months of working experience in the retail industry, fast food chains, or restaurants is preferred.
Responsible for supporting the efficient and effective set-up of retail stores, ensuring that all elements are in place for a successful opening.
Collaborate with shift leaders and store leaders to understand the layout and design requirements for each store.

Store Marketing Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
At least 6 months of working experience in fast-food and retail industry .
Expected to assist the marketing team in executing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and engage our target audience.
Provides administrative support, assists in the creation of marketing materials, manages social media platforms, analyzes campaign data, and contributes creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

Store Manager

Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in retail sales operations in a leadership capacity.
Responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the assigned store/s to achieve profitability and growth through consistent and correct implementation of daily store activities, based on set standards and procedures, and successful sales generating initiatives appropriate for the assigned store/s.
Manages the performance, development, and engagement of the store team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations of assigned store/s.

Deputy Branch Manager

Graduate of any Business course or any related course.
At least 5 -6 years of working experience in a related field and have a background in Operations Management and work experience in retail industry is a plus.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all store activities, including budgeting and implementing projects.
Improve store performance by forecasting sales goals and meeting or exceeding established goals and communicates sales goals, operating targets and other financial targets and opportunities with the operations team.
Monitors all store expenses including prepared food cost, labor cost, maintenance cost, utilities, etc. to be consistent with store sales and productivity; create action plan to address cost control issues.
Trains and develops management team to demonstrate the skills and values to effectively perform the tasks and activities according to standards.
Ensures all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to operations team and performed in a consistent manner; all guidelines in the company policy and manuals are followed to create and maintain the highest quality and safest environment for the store team and customers.
Ability to lead, handle and monitor multiple projects for Operations.
Meet project deadlines and reports project status and milestones to Stakeholders.
Ensures the DC and area assignments are following safety protocols.
