We are hiring for different roles in the Quality Assurance department:

Quality Assurance Assistant

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience as fast-food crew or crew member is preferred.
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems, procedures, and processes.
Strong background on retail or quick service restaurant; food safety industry.
Prepares review site inspection plans, site quality procedures and other related quality method statements.
Prepares data for project management review to assess the effectiveness of systems area of reoccurring deficiencies and areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in food safety and basic store operations including supervisory role.
Conducts store audits based on the company 4P’s Quality Management System.
Discuss the audit results together with the store leaders and assigned area coordinators.
